Heard today that Cane's will be opening a 3800 Square foot shop next to the TTU campus. Will this help TTU to get a home and home with LSU?
Ever since Cain's hired the former VP from Taco Bell, they have implemented their plan to go nationwide. Looks like the wheels are up and they are taking off. And to think they are based in BR.
Funny thing is, the guy that starting Canes took a management class here at LSU where he presented his business plan of the company and received an F on it. I'm curious whether he changed his business plan to make it better, or it was obviously just a flawed grading system.
it doesnt sound that great on paper, but those are pretty tasty chicken fingers. but the real draw is the texas toast. i love that stuff.
Ah, Sandwich or the Box, the eternal question. They either just opened or are about to open a second store on Westheimer here in Houston, closer to the Galleria, since store one was opened out in the boondocks.
I have never had Raising Canes. I guess I must be missing something really good. (We don't have any in Oklahoma. At least not that I know of.)
Ever heard of Guthrie's in Auburn? Its basically the same model, but he has spiced up things a bit. They serve only chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, texas toast, and dipping sauce. Since Cane's is in the process of expanding on the national level, I would expect you should begin to see them within a few years.
I love going to Canes because I get to tell them my name is Kane when they ask. They always ask twice and never believe me until I hand them my debit card. I'll never forget the first time I ate Canes. It was at the one next to the Chimes back in 98' at about 3 in the morning. To this day they are one of the few places open late. Man they have come a long way.
