    Exactly. If I thought it was a better job and 35% more money, I'd jump in a heart beat. A worse job and 35% more money, and I'm much more likely to stay put.

    Makes sense.....I think that was Les's logic behing it also.

    Pretty honest enough answer. And I agree... if i'm unhappy at LSU and the job offer was somewhere I wanted to go, then yeh for more money, it's hard to turn down better jobs. But you never take a step backwards for a job.
