Question on Rules from Cal-Tenn game?

    I meant to ask this earlier but forgot.

    I was at the Cal Tenn game and the Cal loudspeakers were playing music while Tenn was trying to run plays. It was not always but more than a few times the speakers were being used while Tenn had the ball.

    Is that a NCAA violation much like the cowbells?

    Those damn speakers were loud and hurt my ears. I dont even hear that well anymore and i had to cover my ears.

    A rule that isn't enforced...how many times has the SEC office addressed the cow bells w/ MSU? I suppose, if they were winning more games, they would be more active in enforcing it.

    These types of rules are generally left up to the conferences, not the NCAA. Don't know about the PAC 10, but the SEC has a rule to prevent such things.
