Should the Big East, with their new 2005 alignment, be allowed to keep it's BCS bid? Should another conference, the Mountain West or Conference USA, be given the chance instead?

Here's the football Big East starting in 2005.

    Cincinatti
    Connecticut
    Louisville
    Pittsburgh
    Rutgers
    South Florida
    Syracuse
    West Virginia

Gosh, that's a soft league. Can you honestly say that Conference USA and the Mountain West are much worse than this?

how bout they lose there bid and they choose another at large team. That would make the most sense.

I like that alternative the best. Once one of the other conferences proves itself worthy of an automatic bid, then maybe they can be voted into the BCS club.
