Oh, and BTW, Tirk...I know FAR more Protestants who like to bend the elbow (in spite of what the Rev'runt said about drunkenness at prayer meeting last Sunday) than I do Catholics. :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:

You know the 3 immutable laws of religion:

    1. Catholics recognize the Pope as the final authority on religious matters.
    2. Jews don't recognize Jesus as the Messiah.
    3. Two Baptists in a liquor store never, ever recognize each other.

:hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:

Your opinion of faith is no different than my opinion of atheists who have drunken bouts of unprotected group sex after snorting coke off of the tits of strippers. You don't respect us, and we don't respect you. :thumb:

157, you are acting crazy, and stringing together words as if they meant something. do your best and try and make sense.

I apologize if your feeble mind can't wrap itself around my intelligent discourse.

As do I and so could martin for all we know. that doesn't dispute anything I stated.

i thought he would have to understand it for it to become actual discourse.

Like almost all things religious, I think the answer must be "We have no way of knowing this".

The atheist, martin, will accept nothing he cannot see, feel, taste, hear, touch, or logically deduce. This I can understand.

The catholic, 157, will accept these things as a matter of faith. This I also understand.

I was raised Baptist but have evolved into something like an agnostic. The bapnostic, myself, accepts that anything is possible, including matters of faith, but realizes that we can never know the answers. So I don't worry about it much.

157 is a born-again Christian who was once Catholic.

OK. Seeing as noone wants to let this go, in the future, I'll call Tirk "pervert", Martin "atheist", and Red "cantankerous old ass".
