    what is the best kind of tea and how do you brew it? loose leaves?

    I keep changing teas. I like the variety. I like loose leaves inside of teabags. It keeps tea crud off my teeth.

    Is green tea really great for you. I drink it occasionally just in case they get this one right.

    I think it is the "best" for you. Supposed to have the most of whatever it is some vitamin or something like that. Good for you buddy, glad you are taking care of yourself.

    tell me more.

    i am orginally from the proper south, not the cajun south, and we drank tea like our english ancestors. i like tea and i am not opposed to becomig fancy and drinking loose leaf expensive tea. i know some people use a french press and treat tea like coffee.

    I am not obsessive. There are dozens of teas in tea bags in the grocery. No need to get the same old Lipton. Making tea helps keep me from snacking on something unhealthy. I like them slightly sweetened with Stevia sugar substitute. Never cream.

    You are one snobby bitch. I use a french press however. For coffee.

    And there's plenty of flavored Lipton teas that are good. Like red I use stevia no cream . I taught him that.
