A friend of mine bought tickets for the LSU Auburn game and showed them to me when I was at his house this afternoon. They looked like something from TicketMaster, plain white with the info printed out from a computer. They did have the foil seal on the stub that reads Authentic and Secure on the SEC emblem. Most tickets I have ever seen have the glossy photos and look classy. These were upper deck tickets and had a face value of $36.00, I think. I thought LSU tickets were $50. My question to you: did my buddy get ripped off?
By all means, dog him anyway. Actually, the more I think about it, those tickets are no good. Tell him it would be a waste of time to make the trip. :hihi:
LSU season tickets and pre-ordered individual game tickets have slick glossy photos and foil logos. But the mail-order and web-order tickets are sometimes e-tickets printed at the ticket office.
He would be pissed! He has never been to Baton Rouge and was so looking forward to it. I'll tell him that and then steal the tickets and scalp them.
Thanks, red, now can you edit this thread so that I can link him to it and he will think he got ripped?
Don't do it. Typical sailor, didn't capitalize United States. :dis: Don't get your panties in a wad, I'm just pulling your strings.:hihi: You know I love you Doc.
