It came to me last night that this Tiger TEAM of players don't get into the individual "its all about ME" celebrations. When they celebrate it's sincere and with each other, not putting on an individual performance. Has anyone else noticed this? It seems they all about TEAM. This is refreshing.

Maybe they will bring back the "just give the ball to the official" after scoring a touchdown. What a wonderful group of players and coaches representing our great University. :thumb:

I would like to see them cool it a bit with the after the tackle celebrations (as Glen Dorsey likes to do). I saw those ACC officials eyeing them a few times with their hand on the flag.

I noticed that too, it appears like they are playing as a team.

That comes with the swagger of the defense. I love that they do it, they know they're good and want to flaunt it and intimidate the opponent and pump the crowd up. Flags on defense celebrations are rarely thrown unless its absolutely overboard, so why not do it? We won't be seeing any more ACC officials anyways, unless they do the Sugar Bowl :) .

i also noticed that. some other things i noticed is that there seems to be more communication between players on the field and the sideline. nearly everytime a lsu player hit the ground, he jumped up and either waved or gave a thumbs up to the sideline which i'm guessing meant he was okay and ready to go again.

i also noticed that more than one player had play sheets on their wrists (and used them). that says to me that they are aware they have trouble remembering plays and want to get it right or they don't want to take changes because they know they are part of a team and all members of the team must play the same play.

they all also seemed very calm and didn't get shook if something didn't go their way, matt flynn, especially. if it was his fault, he acknowledged it and moved on. if it was someone else's fault, he didn't point a finger, he took a sh** happens attitude and moved on to the next play.

i find all of these things, not only refreshing, but also signs of quality coaching and sincere motivation. i believe all this is a part of what will take us all the way.
