give Lee the 5 drops LSU receivers had and you add 2-3 TDs and 100+ yards to his stats. that's not in his control.
You think that had anything to do with us forgetting about the Tight End until AFTER he jogged 20 yards downfield WITH the ball in his hand, TWICE?
Yeah, and if the DB didn't step out of bounds at the 6, it would have been a 3rd INT returned for a TD, and had that LB caught the pass that Lee dumped over the middle falling backwards, that would have been another INT. We could be here all night going with all this speculative stuff. That's because they subtract the loss of yards from sacks from his yardage gained past the LOS. LOL :thumb:
Well, sure, but we're just throwing numbers around to prove our points. :hihi: At least he was smart enough to see the TE was covered by Sheppard and make a good pass. Lee would be so locked on to LaFell or Byrd, he wouldn't have seen it.
I don't recall ever seeing/hearing of Lee being referred to as a "nifty" runner. Gunslinger? Absolutely! He has been just that...and it will eventually be a good thing for LSU. Lee>Garcia We've pulled stats from "great" qbs in their RSFR years all throughout this thread, but some of you are not going to see it until it is a finished product. That's OK. We'll still be here when you come around...and we'll welcome you back into the fold...like the prodigal sons that you are.
you started it by refuting the original post saying they had similar stats, buster. :thumb: what kind of cake is it you're having? it must be good if you're trying to have it and also eat it, too.
What? We were arguing stats and you are arguing things that are unmeasurable (or speculative, i.e. "what ifs"). If I'm eating cake, you're chowing down on special brownies.
best stat of all. 24-17. 14-0 in the second half. but nah, I was just jerking your chain. That Garcia kid will make Spurrier relevant at USC before his career ends. He has some bulldog in him.
