Once again, our student section proves why they're the best in the nation. It was cool how they got the whole stadium chanting "Go to hell Ole Miss" after their fans "Hotty Toddy-ed" us after JR's pick 6. But the best move of the night was their refusing to leave until CNS came back out and made a curtain call. Man, I just loved that and I know coach appreciated it too.
Yeah. The student section is great. Last year when the dawgs scored they started chanting L--S--U L--S--U. I think I hears Saban comment on this on one of his shows. Not sure but it was someone in the program. I remebered theat time well and it helped get the boys back in the game. There are many stories like this out there. Awesome guys!!
They did the same thing after the Beavers scored in the 4th quarter. I missed the game last night. I had to work. Sucks man. I wish I'd have found a my way out there now.
It was about 30+ minutes after the game ended. It was awesome with everyone chanting We want Saban. We aint leavin. And the band playing. As this was my last game as a student at LSU it almost brought a tear to my eye.
Yah I definitely saw some tears from some senior students during the singing of the alma mater. I'm glad I have another 2 seasons.
It was really awesome. I'm a senior and that was my last time to be in Tiger Stadium as a member of The Tiger Band. I was part of a group of about 30 others who will never march into that stadium again. So it was really awesome for the season to end that way in Tiger Stadium!
