90% of the time on 3rd and very long(over 15) LSU runs a draw, the only suprise was that it was so successful. Good job blocking and good job running and it payed off.
Yeah, I really don't think they intended to get a first down from a running play on 3rd and 27. I think they were just hoping to get better field position to punt the ball.

3rd and 27, 3rd and 30, Broussard, Addai... Hell I dunno... I don't know for sure, I was 2 rows from the top of the West Upper Section 26... The air's thinner up there, and I'm just repeating what my good buddy Jagermeister told me I saw... :rofl: Nonetheless, I was still impressed. It was an awesome play.
I heard that a couple of fans saw it the way you reported it; Jim Beam , Jack Daniels, Abso Lute and others !
Yep, I've seen those guys at the games too... Amazing how there's no booze sold there, yet the stadium smells of bourbon consistantly on Saturday night. Hell, if the wind blows right, I can smell it from my apartment during the week.
