1. LSU 2. Oklahoma State 3. Alabama 4. Oregon 5. Oklahoma 6. Arkansas 7. Clemson 8. Virginia Tech 9. Stanford 10. Houston I firmly believe Oklahoma State, Alabama and Oregon are going to win out. Which means LSU will have beaten the #2, #3 and #4 teams in the BCS, as the final standings will indicate (Oklahoma State falling only to 4 after the LSU loss). That will be a first in BCS history. Arkansas could end up easily in the top 8 after a bowl win as well. Georgia, just out of the top 10. So potentially 5 of the top 12 teams in the final BCS standings would have lost to LSU (and actually 5 of the top 11 since LSU can't beat itself, unless you want to count the Purple & Gold game). Pretty crazy stuff.
And with 9/14 wins over ranked opponents assuming we win it all... not sure that's ever been done. Best team in history of CFB?
With PSUs loss today, and probably a few more coming the next few weeks... how is that going to effect Bamas SOS rankings with Auburn going down today as well. Seems their only quality win is looking less and less quality, especially when we stomp the pigs.
It affects a "good win" for Bama as much as it will affect their SOS. Suddenly a top 15 win now becomes a top 25, then not even that with another loss. They will have the same issue Arkansas has, which is their 2nd best win isn't very good. A&M is now 5-5.
I never count rosters. I'll check em to see who is where on the depth chart from time to time, but that's about it.
The oinkers will see the same LSU team that FL, AU & Bama did. Last night, we obviously weren't playing at full intensity, but accidentely won by 35, lol.
