Army Spec. 4 Don L. McCastle of Baker got to meet President Bush in Bagdad on Thanksgiving. Here's a quote from the article about it in the Advocate. "Learning McCastle was from Louisiana, the president commented, "How about those Tigers?" He also observed that the Thanksgiving dinner probably didn't measure up to south Louisiana cooking."

Here's the link to the article.

Imagine Bush saying that about LSU ... to a former Southern University student ... lol. He didn't know he was a Jaguar.

But THE MAN knows about those TIGERS!

What a president ... can you imagine any president going into a war zone and subjecting himself ... wait ... it's an election year.

Those Golden Girls sure would look good in blue, don't you guys think?

Come to think of it, I'm guessing that Bill's probably an Auburn fan, since they light up cigars after big wins...

Somehow, I don't see Bush being a USC fan. In fact, he is the anti-California, unlike Clinton. If it wasn't for Arnold, I am not sure that Bush would ever set foot in CA. Hahaha! :D :lsug:

    Dubya's probably ...

a teasips fan, or, even worse, and Aggie fan!

Clinton had to wear an LSU hat once, after losing a bet with Breaux on the LSU-Arkansas game.

The way La. folk have been electing democrats in office (see both senators and now the governor) we are not that much better off than Ca.

That is the one area you are dead wrong about uscpuke! Louisiana is #1 in crooked politians. aka Edwards, Duke & Breaux.
I voted against Edwards everytime he ran. Still wasted my vote.

Uh, not to change the subject, but you can't compare a CA democrat to a La. Democrat. They are a different breed altogether. More likely than not, a CA democrat is a Socialist. Shall I name names? ;)
