I hate to be a pessimist, but I see no way our beloved Tigers can hang with OU tonight. OU is a hot team with a good coach. Unfortunately I think we are one and done tonight, and you will see a large difference in the preperation of the OU team versus LSU, and that will hang on Brady. I predict OU by 12, 68 - 56 Hopefully, I will be wrong and you can all make me eat crow! :geaux:
Which team shows up, the one that beat Florida and played Kentucky to the wire or the team that was blown out by Auburn and South Carolina? This team has been so up and down it's hard to tell. Much depends on the players attitude going into the game as we have the talent to win but at times seem to lack leadership and direction. I think the young players come out and play hard but in the end are hamstrung by a clueless coach and lose a close one. However I will be watching and pulling for the Tigers 100% from start to finish. :geaux: :lsug: :bball:
I'm not too excited about the Sooner's chances either. This whole deal seems kind of overrated, just to figure out who the 66th best team in college basketball is this year.
How do you fire up your team? "OK, listen up men, this is a war and we need to fight - now let's go out there and prove to everyone that we are number 66!!!!!!!!" The NIT is the basketball equivalent of blueballs...
