Possible to schedule one extra game after the Sugar Bowl?

Just curious... what would need to happen to allow for the Rose Bowl winner and Sugar Bowl winner to play a game a week after the Sugar Bowl?

The NCAA would need to change some bylaws?
The BCS committee would need to approve it?

I know it's not likely, but it's got to be technically possible.

A one-game, winner-take-all matchup, the Saturday before the Super Bowl. I like the idea.

This is a great idea and its similar to the idea I posted on my
    thread.

You can email the bcs committee and let them know if you
    want a playoff system.

Also when you go there you click on go to the bcssolutions.com
website and they'll tell you thier idea.

The NCAA would have to approve this extra game ... won't happen!

I would want this if and only if USC beat Michigan. No way should Michigan have any claim to the title.

Good point re: Michigan not deserving it. But if we're going to eventually have a 4 team playoff they would be the 4th team in it this year.
