Which do you prefer? A lot of people don't realize peanuts grow underground and are actually dug. They are actually not "Nuts" and are "Legumes".
I like fresh roasted peanuts from fairs the most. Cajun Nuts like the ones sold in TS are second. Personally I like those monstrous soft pretzels at the movies.
I will take those Hot Nuts from the LSU games anyday. I recently found a place that sells them. I bought around 25 bags and game them as Christmas gifts. Southside Produce on Perkins b/t Essen Lane and Bluebonnet has them if anyone is interested.
I almost put peanuts from the circus and sunflower seeds at the ball game cause it seems "Seeds" have gained a lot of popularity in recent years. I love the cotton candy at the fair but loved the candied apples a lot too when I was younger. Whew.......all this food talk is going to get me in sum trouble with OT. :hihi:
Ahh, traditional activity snack foods. I eat roasted peanuts at football games, hot dogs at baseball games, popcorn at the movies, corn dogs at a carnival, hot pretzels from street vendors in NY or Philly, fish tacos from street vendors in Mexico, those funny double ice cream cones in Paris, shrimp tempura from Takee Outee at Mardi Gras, and snow cones at amusement parks.
Popcorn at the movies. With so much butter that Exxon starts thinking about drilling for oil on my forhead. View attachment 8577
Did I mention snow cones at amusement parks? The ice rehydrates me and I particularly like having a purple tongue.
