    The news report says she hired the lawyers the night before she resigned. Where were these people when she signed the statement. I say fight it all the way to end and lets enforce the contract penalty.

    People get convicted every day on "The claims of one person"..........it's called a witness.

    I don't have the details of the context that any statements were made but her resignation- though not absolute- surely indicates she accepted what came before her. Add to that, she initially was going to "Finish out the season" then changed it to "Effective immediately". Could claim coersion, confusion and heck, maybe even throw in temporary insanity too......who knows?? :hihi:
