While the true warriors are the baptized in fire Tigers of Baton Rouge... While no one predicted a total annihalation at the hands of LSU today, Auburn fans must nonetheless be stunned...I'm almost stunned...But, upon further review... Auburn has scored a grand total of 10 points in their three losses. Their offense-and their defense-has been torn in tatters in their three losses. The three teams that played against them had balanced offenses (or in GT's case they had a wildcard quarterback). But, I think it's blantantly obvious by now that Auburn's the closest thing to a "Not Ready for Prime Time Players" this side of Saturday Night Live. Their team couldn't crack 200 yards of total offense. Their quarterback was shown to be a charlatan who couldn't lead a team in the face of having to shoulder the lion's share of the offensive playmaking burden. Their running game was proven to be quite pedestrian in the face of a truly talented and physically dominating defense. I am proud that Auburn University signed Brandon Jacobs. I have held my tongue on this young man, and I have admonished many here for bad mouthing the poor young man, but in the face of this domination (and under the influence of Coors Light), I'll now unleash my true thoughts... Tommy Tuberville should be totally rebuked for allowing Jacobs to run his unintelligent trap all week in regards to this game, and for most of the season. This is a kid who took special education classes at Assumption High School, and he's running off at the mouth as the 3rd string tailback at Auburn? I am proud to be a fan of the school that nailed the coffin shut on the corpse that is this team, and the out of body experience that proved to be the "Walk Towards the Light" that was their far fetched dream of a national title, and most importantly... I'm proud to be a fan of the team that continually proves to make professional sportscasters look like complete and total dumbf#cks...
Great post, Tiger Educated!! Very eloquent, indeed. The Bauburnites had a good butt-whipping coming to them, and it happened on Saturday Night in Tiger Stadium on National TV. It is a wonderful thing. I will remember it always. :geaux: :lsug:
Here, here TE. A toast to your post and a toast to the roast of Auburn. We didn't have to burn any cars b/c we burned their asses on the field.
