What happens if USC and LSU win and the voters come back with him number two behind LSU or Oklahoma. What does he do then. Either way the winner of the Sugar Bowl has the Trophy . I love this part of the article. I guess that means that since TCU can't control the polls they can consider themselves national champions as well. This means even ULM can call themselves nation champs because, well, the polls are outside of their control. Pete Carroll is an idiot and I hope USC loses to Michigan just to see them cry some more, only this time without media sympathy.
That's what I was going to say. If you don't have the crystal football you are not the champion. Only LSU or (gulp) Oklahoma will own that baby. Remember the Seinfeld episode when Elaine ripped the toupee off of George's head? I'd like to get in Carroll's face and scream "YOU'RE THIRD!!!!!"
Man, even USC even got camera time on Jay Leno last night. Leno even called Carroll out in the audience so he could kiss Carroll's ass about his "manly" grey hair. Just more national air time to pump up USC's claim to the Title. Leno even made an OU joke. When will the bias stop?
