Directors cup standings While the NCAA doesn't crown a champ, the athletic directors recognice a champion. On the directors cup standings for the fall time period, USC is given 90 points for coming in second while LSU is given 100 points for being first. That being said, it doesn't bother me at all that USC claims a NC as they got screwed out of the game and I really wish we could have played them instead of the Sooners.
given that USC had a weaker SOS than OU, and a much worse loss, i dont see how you can think that. how can you not look at strength of schedule? do you not care that USC was playing easier teams all season? they should make it to eh BCS over OU who was crushing people all year, and had a better SOS? fact: of teams with identical records, the team with the better SOS should be ranked highrer. indisputable. if you want to make the BCS game, you win all your games, and if you cant do that, you damn well better have the toughest SOS around. usc has neither, and as such has zero right to appear in the championship game. its that simple. given that usc had the weakest SOS, how can they justify their right to make the championship game? big media market? usc is a pack of losers.
You are obviously talking to the wrong people! :champs: :lsug:  :geaux: :champs: :tigerhead :bball:
