Well, Bet-R had oxtail priced down to move last sunday and it looked like a couple of big slabs of beef for next to nothing. So I bought it and made stew out of it with some garlic, onions, taters, carrots and celery. It was pretty damn good. I think those big soup bones with a lot of marrow added flavor. I'm going to try a vegetable soup the next time they have them marked down. Okie, you got a good vegetable soup recipe?
