1. I just have an awful feeling that Miles will retain both of these guys out of loyalty.
  2. Then he is open to all the criticism he will deserve if we continue to be mediocre next season.
  3. Then he'll be known as Lesticle-Les
  4. I say based on the recruiting angle, Mallory needs to be pronounced as fired tomorrow.

    And I am being serious.
  5. and there would be anarchy in BR. he should be ready to move if he retains those guys.
  6. It just can't happen. Les has gotta know what has to be done.

  7. We hope and pray.
  8. Coaches that are worried about their jobs are not going to be good recruiters. Recruits read the papers and the message boards and are not fools. They are going to know that possible firings are going to happen. We do NOT want any coach who is going to be replaced handling any LSU recruits. If a decision has been made, then the plug must be pulled quickly and new recruiters put in place to handle these recruits throught the rest of the recruting season. Recruiters who know that they are going to be here.

The sooner that Les and openly and agressively recruits a new coordinator, the better for LSU's chances of getting one of the better ones before someone else does.

  9. Best answer so far.

    I'll go with this philosophy.

    Thanks, Red. :thumb:

So the coming days will tell us all we need to know. If all we hear out of Les is how we're gonna prepare for the Bowl game and hopes we can straighten out our problems on D, then we're in deep shyt.
  10. I agree. But does anyone honestly expect them to be fired before the bowl game? I don't. Although I'd gladly take off from work and help Peveto and Mallory pack.
