and USC will be exposed for the frauds that they are. good team don't get me wrong but waaaay overrated. i think its kinda funny that pete carroll thinks he has a chance to go back to the nfl, but uhh didn't he already fail like uhh twice??
Looking at the bowl games so far, and they're just about over by the way :bncry:, who have they really played that was any good? Am I missing something here?
not as bad as it would seem....USC's bowl opponents and how they faired: Oregon....LOST Cal...WON UCLA...WON Fresno....LOST ND.....LOST Arizona St...WON and compare that to how our own opponents' faired: Florida....WON Auburn...LOST Bama....WON UGA......LOST Arizona St...WON South Car....LOST
How do you win 34 consecutive games and be overrated? I hope they lose so I don't have to hear this 3peat crap, but this run they are on is awfully impressive.
OK, maybe not the best example. Their three bowl wins came against BYU, Northwestern (not a bad team), and Rutgers. Any of those three teams of ours that lost could mop the floor with any of those three opponents.
USC barely losing to Texas doesn't make them over-rated either. I hate the Trojans because their conference sucks and they didn't win the NC in 2003. But they have a good team
yea i think they're a "good" team too i'm not saying they're a bad team but i'm talking about all the hype they are getting about being the greatest team ever, no way. why wasn't auburn given the same hype last year when they went undefeated while playing in the SEC? now that is hard to do.
