Brett, shouldn't that say ULL. You know those guys are going to get a bit fussy over this. After all, they are THE University of Louisiana, which implies perennial state powerhouse of academics and athletics.

I don't know if you're serious or not (I hope not,) but it shouldn't be changed... USL is what I'll call them from now until forever.....

There is no University of Louisiana just a UL system. ULM is and always will be NLU, and ULL is and always will be USL. My dad still refers to USL as Southwestern.

 

We were over at their stadium tonight, and I still keep calling them NLU. I can't help it. It's as ingrain as LSU is to me.

ULM looks to Ruston for their penis envy... ULM was pulled into the name change deal by the legislature... they were happy with NLU... But with the USL deal, hey... why not just call us SLI? I know the idiots on UL boards call yall LSUAMBR

 

Hoorah! It's good to see some Jarheads out there. BTW, I hear Shelby Aulds didn't play (broken wrist?), and Blackwell among others were held out last night. The Rebs still dominated though.
