Oh, I dunno. I'm scared though. Even if we do make it out of the regular season undefeated, we could face USC at a home game in the Rose Bowl. The humiliation of a loss (or joy of a win) would stick for years. That's assuming we live up to the hype. God I hope Miles has the cred and passion to use this team's talent to its fullest. With this much talent and looking at the preseason predictions, dare I get too emotional and cheesy, there is a certain sense of destiny... :crystal: But that's just me wetting my pants like I do every preseason.
Well, I def think this team has the make up to win. Basically, Miles has to steer the ship and keep it in the right direction, and this team will win 10-11 games this year. I've talked to a lot of coachs about talent, and they all say, when you have a big time talented team, let them do there thing. Guide them, but let em run. Or as miles would say "Let r rip"
That's right everyone. Stop assuming that USC is going to make it to the Rose Bowl to play us. I see them losing a game this year...maybe even two.
I agree they play a soft schedule, but I certainly, at this point at least, think that they will be so bad that LSU will walk all over them. I mean its only july. Who knows what will happen. Leinhart or Russel could get hurt. Anything could happen. That is why preseason polls are so bad.
