All this national hype is great, even if those dumb BCS computers put us at the bottom of the lists. However, I'd really like to see the SEC as ours. And that leaves one real obstacle, Ole Miss. We don't beat Ole Miss, we don't win SEC, no BCS bowl, no Nat Champs, none of it. Ole Miss is building momentum and I think we are going to have a real tough game on our hands. I think we can get them but coaching against Eli is tougher than coaching against Green. Green throws line drives and doesn't bother with passing lanes, thus get your hands up. Eli is taller, quicker release, and throws a better touch pass. The front four have to get Eli at least 4 times to shake him up. Eli can make up a 9 yard loss easily so it will be important for Lavalais and co. to get in Elis head. Their one serious flaw is their pass defense. I see a victory is only secure against them if Jimbo and Mauck really click that week. Just like OU might have a problem with Okie State this weekend it's best not to tread lightly in these easily overlooked games. Speaking of overlooked games, the Latech bulldogs lose this week 45-17.
