can not help you there. But if he is guilty of infraction, his scholarship should be immediately revoked and he should be banned from campus. Playing college football suggests the ability to read and have some sort of reasoning ability. I would check out his "real" grades in his classes and void any questionable credits. I have never read a real scholarship that an athelete signs. Perhaps it should contain the promise of honesty. Where does the age of resposibility come into factor? Before I went to PU, I tried to buy a 10,000 used truck. Got turned down. No job, no co-signer, and no credit history. Signed for PU. Saw a 30,000 suv and got approved. Now who in the devil would not question that ? Don't get me wrong. I dearly love Ole Miss. My family gives me time to cool down if the Rebels get beat. But where does the young man become responsible? And I am tired of the race card being thrown in my face just because we live in Mississippi. I once knew a young man that opened up a checking account in Fla. He was a non caucausian from Mississippi. His checks started bouncing. He was in the military. When called in to talk to his company commander, he told the officer that he thought that as long as he had blank checks, he was covered by the bank. Come on...........................................
