Just how does Ole Miss's offensive line compare to what our defense has seen so far? From what I've seen, they're pretty much unstoppable. Ole' Eli will get a few big plays in I'm sure, but not enough to overcome a loss. Ole Miss and Ohio State are just like each other....a bunch of lucky charms. Both their luck will run out in a week. :geaux:
Luck?? "Lucky charms...luck will run out..."? There's no such thing as luck! You put yourself in a position to win. You CREATE your own luck. You stay in the game and play your heart out. You take advantage of the other teams mistakes. We've done that all year and, rest assured, we'll do the same this week. Regardless of the outcome of our upcoming game, it won't be decided by "luck." It will be decided by who WANTS IT THE MOST.
I think that Ole Miss is playing better than they have in a long time, but, you have to admit Auburn's guy dropping that pass in the endzone was luck.
Re: Luck?? Sighhhhhhhhhh...Here we go again. Before you get all fired up and end up saying something you'll regret later, let me take you on a little trip down memory lane. Here are a few pre game comments from the Crow eaters Hall of Fame: From a Georgia fan: The last 3 meetings... the University of Georgia has won. We will win again tomorrow. Here are some reasons why: We are tested. 9-0 on the road. We took the SEC crown from LSWho last year We actually perform in big games and LSU like to choke? We dont speak mock french like a homo. Have a nice day tommorrow, ladies. GoooOOOOOOO DAWGS!!! SIC EM WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF From a South Carolina Fan: I don't see Carolina having as much success on the ground as we have had all year, but I think we'll give you more of a challenge than you've faced this year. Also with your top two tailbacks being banged up, I like our chances of limiting you there as well. We rank first in the SEC against the pass, and have played David Greene, Clausen, Lorenzen, and the QB from UAB (whom pro scouts like alot). I see a touchdown each way, with Carolina getting one more field goal than you guys in the end. From an Auburn Fan: And if lswho is resting on the laurels of how they've stopped their previous rushing attacks, they are in for a surprize. Auburn has shut down the SEC's leading rushers so far. lsu has a good chance of meeting the same fate, as they'll HAVE to go to the air to beat us. Auburn welcomes that as lsu will get some points through the air but not enough to win the game as Auburn will control the clock and grind out their own running game... From a La Tech fan: LSU hasn't seen an offense like ours this year. They have played running teams who struggle to pass the ball. We will move the ball better than anyone else has against them. From an Alabama Fan: You are LSU, not Oklahoma. You have beaten NO one this year and you will lose to Bama saturday and here is why. Our defense will bend but it will not break. We have the number one running back in the SEC and our QB is one tough customer. We will score quick and often and will win by 10+ points. We have many injuries but we have depth and our freshmen are some serious kids. We lost 6 games yes but by a total of 21 points. We played Oklahoma tough and lost by 7. you have played La.Mon, Ari,W.IL, MSU,S.Car,AU, and La T. It is no wonder you have only one loss because you have only played one team. You are not worthy of a BCS ranking or a top 10 ranking and come saturday you will see why. Bring your best game because you are going to need it. Roll Tide Just lurk quietly or go over to your own board and talk your smack because we've heard it all before.
Re: Re: Re: Luck?? Actually, they were very humble and there were no boasts prior to the game. They were all assuming LSU would beat them. There is a lesson there.
The Rebel fan said there is no such thing as luck. We will all remember that statement after our victory. I guarantee you that Ole Miss fans will be crying about that fact that LSU was lucky to beat them.
