You guys better be careful with your predictions.

You guys are giving yourself too many points.

David Greene isn't a bad QB either and you need to go read
what he and the offensive line had to day about our D

We haven't given up that many points all year.
22 is all we've given up in 1 game and the last td in that game
    was with subs in.

The most we've given up is 19

How many points did you score on Kansas State??

You'll be lucky to get that.

I thought I would warn you because everyone's been coming
here and saying everything you are and they all have been
    wrong but Florida.

That game was before we got our whole team running liek a
    fine machine.

    Warning:
Eli Manning was in the Heisman with your beloved Jason White
and how many points did we give up to Ole Miss

David Greene, a former heisman candidate, he's just as good as
White and how many points did we give up to them in 2 games

LSU beat 2 teams in the top 10 twice, Georgia.........

    You've heard it here first.

Kurt Kitner was great QB for Illinios,
In the Sugar bowl we made him look like David Greene last night.

I wouldn't want to coach against Nick Saban right now.

If you ask me LSU wins this game big.

    You guys barely beat Bama.

They don't belong in the game. Once the sting of that wears off, they'll be hear in droves. Maybe someone should tell them about being in New Orleans at that time of year in this situation. You know, like how to stay out of OPP and such!

My neighbor is an OU fan and I talked to him for the first time tonight. He was at the game last night. He was very humbled. Said that he was surprised OU is going and that he just hoped that they don't get embarrassed.

Wasn't K-State the top defense that they have faced all year long.
They have not faced a top caliber defense yet. When they faced a decent defense (Kansas State), look what happened.

Yes the Big 12 is riddled with mediocre-to-poor defenses (Texas Tech, Texas, Nebraska, Oklahoma State). They finally met a pretty good defense (not the caliber of LSU however).

A very good friend of mine is an Oklahoma grad, huge fan, season ticket holder, etc. He said that he is embarrased and that the Sooners should NOT be in the MNC game. Nevertheless, he ordered tickets (before the Big XII CG) and - here's the best part - HE'S PREETY CERTAIN THAT HE'LL HAVE AN EXTRA TICKET THAT I CAN USE!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!! I suppose I'll have to sit amonst a sea of red, but that's okay. I'll outyell them all, singlehandedly!!!

I wish LSU the best of luck in the game. However, as an OU fan I feel that we have just as much right to be in the game as either you or USC. LSU and OU are the only 12-1 teams out there. They both have very strong schedules. They both have to play a conference championship game that USC still does not play. However, I won't debate the merits of that. It has been done so many times I am tired of it. Did we blow the game against K-State? Yes, absolutely. There are no excuses and the vast majority of OU fans will not start making them now. We were disappointed at the effort put forth by the team. However, we are still proud of our Sooners. You may have talked to some fans that have lost faith. However, I live in Oklahoma and every fan I talk to is still full of pride. They are still backing their Sooners and are still expecting another national championship. And whether many of you think they "belong" or not you will still have to beat us to lay claim to a national title. The team is embarrassed and realizes that they bought into the press takes about how great they were. This could be the wake up call that they needed heading into this game. I have watched LSU a few times all season and they do have a great team. Most of the Sooner nation respects your team greatly. So there is only one way to settle this. Let's meet on the field. See you in January.
