on3.com says LSU and SMU have agreed to a home-and-home, BR in 2028, Dallas in 2029.

MEH! I hate everything about Dallas. Except for the “ Leaving Dallas“ signs on the interstate.

Is it a “season kickoff” game or just a regular non conference opponent.

Both are first weekend in September so likely season openers unless we decide to schedule "Week 0" games.

If LSU continues to schedule huge week 1 games I am all for a week 0 game.

Did anyone else know this... I was reading up on Heisman history this morning and saw that in 2009, the National Football Foundation had sportswriter Dan Jenkins "select" Heisman winners retroactively for the 1889-1934 seasons. He picked LSU's Doc Fenton as the 1908 winner. Not saying we should brag about our 4th Heisman winner, just found that interesting
