As strange as this sounds, this Blue Raider offense could very well be the toughest challenge to date for the LSU defense. PS: Brett go ahead and change the graphic before the natives get restless!
I'll make the first prediction... With nothing to prove but putting up a "W", Les stables the horses early in this one so... Tigers 45 Blue Raiders 17 with 14 points coming in the second half during the beer pongs....
What is a Blue Raider, you ask? well according to MT's website, it is apparently a pegasus with a lightning bolt tail. i'm pretty sure TIGERS eat pegasi for saturday night snack, eh? The name Blue Raiders explained, sort of: http://www.goblueraiders.com/content.cfm/id/2172 The mascot: i hear pegasus tastes just like chicken (but those feathers can be a bit bothersome if you don't have lots of water) - just ask the louisville cardinals. i'm fairly sure Mike VI is up for a chicken-like snack.
i agree that their offense looked really good against Louisville with almost as many offense yards as LSU had, (LSU 598, MT 555), but Louisville's defense isn't as powerful as ours. LSU D will have to be on their toes, but i'm not sure that MT's O is that big of a threat.
