Also excited about the Pelicans. I like the nucleus and sounds like Gordon, Evans, and Holiday have grown up playing with/against each other and are fully bought in to the long term plans of the organization. I think they will sneak into the playoffs, which is no small feat in the West.

Oh really? Not because everyone in the league is a pussy nowadays. They're all chummy and friendly with each other and acting like primadonnas. Do you remember when the knicks and bulls used to play when those guys literally fucking hated each other. That was great. Remember when they used to run offenses rather than isolate and drive and get a foul every time or shoot a jumper. The game has gotten boring. Charles Oakley was the biggest thug ever and he made the game great because you thought that he could very possible murder anyone on the court at any time.

But keep on with your "I know everyone's opinion" shtick. It's fun watching people try to exude intelligence and second level thinking and miss wildly.

 

Anthony Mason was a thug. Charles Oakley was just a baadd mutha fucka. John Starks was a punk. I still remember that dunk Pippen had over Ewing,, where his junk went right in Ewing's face, he fell down, and Pippen just stood over him looking down. One of the best playoff dunks of all time.
