We haven't rushed the field since Auburn 2001. I strongly doubt it will happen.

Well the day is finally here. The day that LSU and Bama fans alike have been waiting for. A game that means more than a W or L to both teams. Despite the obvious reasons this game has a deeper meaning for both teams.

For LSU: the opportunity tp prove we are still the kings of the SEC W, the opportunity to save face, the opportunity to credibilty to this team and this season.

For Bama: the opportunity to prove they are back as a power in the SEC W, the opportunity to get the LSU monkey off its back, the opportunity to return to SEC dominance.

The obvious: Miles vs Saban, staying in the SEC and MNC race, and the satisfaction for the fans of being able to come out victorious and answering all the opportunities for their team.

May the best team satisfy their hunger for pride. May it be a clean injury free game. Welcome to Death Valley Bama, this is your day in hell.

Even if Bama wins this game, all they will manage to do is kick a tiger when it's down. That tiger will stand again...and Tuscaloosa will not like him when he comes to town.
