Official LSU vs Alabama Game Thread

This is a sensible post. Geaux Tigers in the 2nd half!

 

I'm the furthest thing from a homer that you'll find on this board. Officiating anomalies aside, LSU should be dominating this game and I'm not the only one here that will say that. LSU has been verrrrrrrrrrrry kind to Bama. Give Bama credit for taking advantage, but that's what disciplined teams do. LSU has very little discipline.

 

Uh, so about that LSU ad that just played.....

 

They just respect the rules by selling text books illegally.

And if you dont think the non calls are just as important as the ones that are called.

Push off last td, Interference on overturn catch, facemask when it wasnt a facemask etc etc etc etc.


We have hurt ourselves but the refs have added to it.

 

Just to reiterate, I'm not saying that LSU didn't earn its penalties, I just think it's ridiculous that LSU could have 9 penalties while Bama has but one. There is NO need for that level of discrepancy between calls. No reason.

 

We will commit 7 flags this half.
