Exactly. All I'm asking for is to officiate fairly. I once heard that you can call holding on every play...so, how does Bama only have one penalty?
I agree, I thought Brown pushed off..it wasn't blatant but it was enough to affect Jones not making a better play on the ball or picking it off
We did take control early but then we gave the second quarter to bama and they were good enough to take advantage of it!:dis: Gotta give them some credit.
Alot of our penalties have been deserved and shows a lack of discipline. But the interference on us and the same thing not called on Bama on the replay overturn. Bottom line between officials and our players we let Bama back in the game. We lost our composure and Matt Flynn has had some good plays but some horribleones too. He has singlehandedly determined the first half with good and bad plays. One thing i cant believe is they cant run at all which means no drives but we let them complete two bombs on us. Second half cut out the penalties, the turnovers, and we win by at least ten. Really a shame we have given them so much in this game. Tyson Jackson 15 yarder was the game changer so far. Really the stupidest penalty i have seen in awhile. No reason for it other than you just dont have your head in the game. And our Offensive Co-ordinator needs to simplify our formations because our players dont know how to line up.
Oh yeah, I mean it has nothing to do with the fact that for the 1st half, Bama was the better team and owns a halftime lead. LSU could easily win this in the 2nd half, but stats are stats. Quit being such a homer.
Bama has guys out too (textbooks, not fighting). Look at the crap our players pull........riverboats, fights, vandalism, etc. W/ bama its ...........textbooks! There is no conspiracy here. LM lacks the discipline of NS as well as most of the other SEC coaches. He has been relying on trickery and talent to get him through. NS gets everything out of his guys, LM gets a sporadic 70%.
Pardon me, Newbie, but quick kissing Saban's butt on your first day on Tigerforums. We don't know who you are, and I don't think any LSU fans would like to sing the virtues of the "righteous one."
c'mon dude. have these players displayed any lost of confidence thus far this season? no, quite the opposite. have faith, we're gonna win this game.
I wish Perrilloux was more disciplined off the field. Then we'd have a secondary game plan. In what is perhaps the most important game of the year, he's nowhere to be seen because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
