Ya know, the same can be said about Matt Flynn. This game isn't going to be the push over that everyone is thinking it will be. For the the most, alot of the offense that Fisher and Alabama's coach implemented is still in tact, so that could be one advantage they will have. Crowton has definitely introduced some new plays of his own, but he learned our offense coming in so the team wouldn't be forced to learn his in such a short amount of time. With the bye this week, I'm sure they'll come up with some wrinkles that the Gumps haven't seen on film, but I don't see this as a blowout game. I hope I'm wrong.
I live in Florida but I am traveling up to Bama for this game! I can't wait because when I went to the LSU/UF game I didn't get to see my boy early Doucet play but now that he is healthy here we go!
Im sure it is posted somewhere but I didnt see it. CBS picked it up as a 4:00 kickoff. Basically a night game with hopefully no heat. :geauxtige
...and put your University in the same "smack" realm as those who coined it? (wait, who said sit on your thumb and spin...may be off with that one) Enjoy your success.
LF - Vandy/Florida. I dont think their is an ESPN game. Link Sucks DST doesn't start until after the game, but it will still be dark by halftime.
Weather was good last weekend...perhaps, one of those late summer heat waves? I'll look for some of your comments on the student body atmosphere...PM me. I don't think we'll consider piping in noise.
If bama ever breaks in to the top 25 in any defensive category, I might be worried, but since they don't have another week to squeeze in La-Monroe before us and pad their stats, it's unlikely. Yes, it will be a very long night for Sarah Jessica Wilson. LSU Total Defense - #6 Pass Defense - #4 Rush Defense - #6 bama Total Defense - #33 Pass Defense - #63 Rush Defense - #38
