    Tough loss.

Comes down to poor clock management and defense that high schoolers play better.

And add in the refs deciding they wanted Ark to win.

JJ sort of became a freshman in the second half and the playcalling didnt help him much.

2 dropped interceptions on the last drive alone.

Coaches can look at themselves in this one too. No one person to blame but just a total failure by a team to win a game.

Thats what Im saying I rather Lose by Hail Mary with 5 WRs in the endzone with most of them being 6'3 or above and JJ has the arm. This is the Miles that OSU wanted to get rid of and why they were glad he left.

Yeah I think we were more like 10 yards away from having a realistic chance.

Gotta wonder what's going on in Les' Miles head sometimes.

The ref cost us 6-7 yards.

You still won't be going there. Most likely Memphis now.

    My quick wrapup.

JJ looked OK, but too predictable - not enough of the playbook, maybe.
    Penalties.
    Poor, poor tackling.
    Defense lost the game.

Jordan Jefferson is not the clear QB of LSU's 2009 season. He did fine. But he certainly didn't wrap up the starting job next year. This was Arky, afterall. We should've been able to beat them by 14 at least.

Gotta wonder what was in T Johnson's mind after the 4th down stop when he had to go off on an Arkansas player and give them an automatic first down. That led to 3 points. THAT was the worst decision of the game - and it wasn't made by a coach. Poor discipline on that whole drive. :geaux:

If that ball is caught Toliver more than likely catches it and gets outta bounds around the 37 yard line. He was pretty wide ass open and had a little room to run.

in the spirit of thanksgiving, lets be thankful for 2 national championships in the last 5 years. lets be thankful that saban was our coach during the recent past.

i thought the refs made a lot of nice plays for the piggies, but...

lsu is a poorly coached team from top to bottom.

without major changes, its gonna be it's gonna be damn tuff sledding

Tip: Never watch an LSU game with the sound on while Mile's is still head coach. Watch it from afar, preferably in a warm sonic cocoon like i do.

    Godspeed Lester, Frogleg out.

Good job playing for the Field Goal before the half coaches. Great Decision.
