Do we really want AU to drop this one? If they do, what are the odds of them aslo losing to Bama?

They only need to lose one, right? It's Arkansas that needs to lose today also...

they lose here, and Ark loses to Tenn, we are in control of the SEC West at the end of the night if we win our game

If they only lose once, it has to be to BAMA for us to hold the 3-way tie breaker. (Arky has to lose taday and against us)

Wait... why Bama? I thought it was overall conference record, not divisional record.

I believe it's overall conference record, then if it's tied it moves to divisional record, then it moves through a bunch of other things. If Auburn loses to Georgia, Arkansas loses to UT and then us and we win out the tiebreaker would come down to BCS ranking and the team with the highest ranking goes. That's what I thought it was.

Because one of the tie breakers is division record. If Au loses to Bama, then both of their losses will be in wthe west. Only one of our losses is in the west. When we beat Arky, we win the 3-way tie breaker.

Me too. I hope so, anyway.

This is correct. We would have to be 5 spots ahead of the other 2 in the BCS to win it if it goes to that. It would be much easier to just have AU lose to Bama.
