True, his resume is better than Miles' when we hired him.

I just did. They aren't going to get Urban or Jon Gruden or David Shaw, hell they couldn't land Herman. They need to fish in a smaller pond.

I don't know how you grade those but going winless in the sec your last year at ole miss and having your offense and passing game just about last in the country each season isn't a good thing. Not after dealing with les' shit.

Really. We should aim low. We already did. Time to get someone better. Next time. We hired the best coach to ever grace college football not long ago.

No not at all. We could have done better than O but too late now.

Exactly why i said if O really isnt "the guy" then why even play around with it. Just go get the one you want. But know that Meyer, Jimbo, Shaw, Saban are not options

Not at all. No one is hiring them at the moment but they are almost all attainable. And moreso in the future. Odds any of them retire there are slim and none minus saban.

Lsu is a top 5 top 10 job. you go after th best. Putting lsu in a box thinking they can't do better is the actual problem with the idiots in charge. Lsu football is actually too big for them . We need people who realize our unique advantages and give them the freedom we gave saban especially sans the politics to reach full potential. Which is the tops in college football. That's who lsu is.

Correct, that is what Aleva and Co did to a T

There are really good coaches out there that would take this job and it IS a top 10 job. The guys at top 3 jobs are not going to step down. Have to do homework and find the ones that are willing to take the next step.

Don't complicate it. It's Bengal talking so you just nod yes and every now and then you say no. It makes him think you're following. I didn't even read half his post I replied to.
