Nullification Thoughts..

    I'm wondering what your thoughts on Nullification are?

    That it will probably never happen again.
    If any states did this they would lose any funds they receive from the feds.
    The way I see it is unless something changes the next election cycle this country will be forever changed from where it once came from.

    This. Remember the fight to keep the drinking age at 18, when everyone else was going 21? The word came down from DC; get in line, or your highway funds are gone. We caved.

    The founding fathers' concept of a loose confederation of strong states is a distant memory.

    I doubt that we will see anyone nullify anything again. With the threat of pulling funds looming over each state, all will more or less get in line. A better tactic, I think, is to educate people on that evil dirty Constitution, so that the masses will act accordingly. I know I'm expecting a lot
