So we pay for these losers who have no insurance then they sue because it took too long to pay their claims? Now we have to pony up for the appeal bond?

I can't speak for myself but my parents told me that Citizens was pretty terrible about providing any kind of customer service when they had them.

 

There is a very good reason that "government inefficiency" is redundant !

 

Then tell your parents to buy some damn insurance.

 

They have insurance, just not with Citizens.

 

I've been this way since January 20th.

 

I don't like it either, but we will likely get our money back through a tax credit.
