North Carolina Athletic Director Dick Baddour has been in basketball heaven during the NCAA Tournament. He watched as the men's team advanced to the Final Four by beating Louisville in Charlotte on Saturday. Then on Sunday he came to New Orleans with hopes of seeing the women's team beat LSU.
