    One nice thing:

The championship game won't have a Florida team.

Every year the current BCS system has been in place, a Florida team has been involved in that national title game. You have to go back to the last non-BCS title game, Nebraska vs. Tennessee in the Orange Bowl in 1997, to find a game where Florida schools were not involved. It was also a split national title that year, with Michigan beating Washington St. in the Rose Bowl to also go undefeated and share the title with Nebraska.
