No. Even though they are both from West Virginia and share the same last name they are either not related or only distantly related. The last I heard of Lou Saban he was coaching some Division III team in New York State at the age of 82 a couple of years ago. If you've ever seen the NFL films clip about NFL coaches sideline reactions to bad calls by the zebras Lou Saban is the big guy in the overcoat yelling to one of his assistants "Their killing me, Whitey, their killing me."
