Read into that post. One guy said that "baton rouge being a great place to play is not generally thought outside of Baton Rouge." What idiots...I don't even wanna waste anymore typing talking about poor losers like that...
They want to start complaining about a band playing when they shouldn't. I didn't complain about the Tech band playing at the beginning of half time when Tech was coming off the field. At the same time they were playing soldiers from Baton Rouge who fought in Iraq were being honored and I couldn't hear everything that was being said. And it wasn't because I was near the band, I was sitting in the north end zone.
These Tech people are officially on an equal level of insanity as the ULL crowd. The band didn't do anything out of the ordinary. It's the same thing for every game. Telling the LSU band how to behave in Tiger Stadium is like walking into a stranger's house and grabbing the remote control without saying please.
This is stupid. Their band is stupid. Did anybody notice how their band played non-stop during the game. Their pathetic team was going for it on 4th down, and they were still playing. What a joke. I hope we get a little more picky with our rent-a-wins.
What exactly did the band do that made them mad? And also, the thing about the Golden Band that's always made me happy was that they don't do "generic" fight songs (like the Empire theme from "Star Wars"...I'm SO sick of hearing that.)
