"New" visual identity

I know we are #7 in the nation, and football is as good as it has been in a long time, but I have a gripe.
It is about the "visual identity". I just got finishe looking at the Power 16 on ESPN website, (and they give us respect!), and it just hit me. This "visual identity" is horrible! It looks like something out of a comic book. The other teams have big icons, big letters that eye catching. We have this........thing. Just wanted to get that off my chest..........I don't like it!

Hey, if I can't complain about Lou Tepper not being able to stop anyone, they what can I complain about??!!

What are you guys' thoughts??

We have denounced that that thing from the day of its inception. I think there may be hope, though. It seems that I remember reading something about it being replaced.

 

I agree totally, I wish they would drop that thing and just use the tiger head from the helmet. i'm always disappointed when i see the new logo in the national media.

 

That would be great news! Do you remember where you read it? Also, I don't recall any of the coaches ever wearing that thing, they probably dont like it either.

As much as I don't like the logo, I wouldn't count on it being replaced anytime soon. At least not unless some official word is announced.

 

I really have to wonder what the hell anyone was thinking when they made it our logo. I don't know a single person that has a positive opinion of it.
