on Nov. 11 according to the announcers doing Usc/Ucla game. It is "bullseye bermuda and rye". To the turf experts,"if" LSU plays there Jan. 1 will it make any impact on the team speed or effect the team play at all? :laflagwav

i believe its really close to the Tiger Stadium turf. It was developed by Mississippi State too.

I've seen a couple players in the usc-ucla game lose some footing and almost slip, but since the rose bowl isn't til another month i'm sure the field will be fine. They want both teams to look their best so I'm sure they'll do everything they can.

I'm seeing players slip down also, that is why I wanted to know about the new turf. Better real grass than the other stuff though, but seeing Holliday "smoke" his shoes in the endzone vs. Arky was pretty cool.
