I just got it yesterday and, although the Oregon Ugly Ducklings are on the cover, towards the back in the "Inside College Football" section they give LSU props. "LSU's resourceful, big-play defense mauled Georgia and put the Tigers squarely in the national-title hunt." And the opening picture is a great one of Greene in the endzone in front of a sea of extatic LSU fans.
That picture of the touchdown in the sea of gold background is awesome. It is very detailed you can see the individual fans screaming and high fiving each other.
My roomie and his girlfriend are in it. I was sitting with Elvis, Batman, and LSU cow, so I missed out.
You must have been on TV a lot because they showed that Batman guy several times during the game. I thought it was funny how at the beginning of the game he is completely purple and by the end most of his paint is gone. I have to admit that I love watching all of the insane students.
It really is a fantastic photograph. It is a double page layout (think centerfold) which is even better than the cover if you ask me (especially ater what happened to Oregon this week after being on the cover). The photo is so clear that you can make out hundreds of fans with enough clarity to see their facial expressions, all with hands in the air. Its one of the best photographs I have ever seen. Scanning wouldn't do it justice. You are just going to have to find yourdelf a copy!
