    Why do I keep hearing 'Stanford beat #1 USC'? Weren't they #2 going into the game? Heard this several times.

    I find it interesting that Herbstreit picked UF earlier in the day, but Desmond Howard was sitting in his seat for Gameday Final. Dude don't even have the cajones to come back and take his medicine. :dis:

    Does he do the College gameday final this year? Last week, they were in Oregon and he left to go do the Washington-USC game up in Seattle. Wonder what the deal was this time, which is why I am asking.

    He was on the live set for 10am broadcast. I doubt he had time to catch a flight to whatever other game was on, but I might be wrong on that.

    He left right around noon. I met him walking to his car with the State Troopers and he stopped for a couple of fans to take pics. I'd never realized how big he was.

    i think they said he went to cover the ohio state game? maybe?

    more like he went to hide under the covers in his hotel room. maybe even have a cry cause his team of condoms seems to have sprung a leak.
