    I will be getting an X-BOX next month. Can X-BOX online play against PS2? or is the program totally different?

    I can't wait to play the NCAA

    Nope, mainly becuase the Xbox version isn't online -- only the PS2 one is.

    Microsoft and EA couldnt aggree on the details of the online play so therefore no online play on the XBox.

    XBox has totally copped out with the whole online play thing. It seems like that was a main selling point on the machine was that it had a modem built in. Unless I'm wrong (very possible) I haven't seen any games that can use online play. :angry:

    Actually, there's quite a few online games for the Xbox. MechAssault, NBA Inside Drive, NFL Fever, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Star Wars: CLone Wars, Midtown Madness, Midnight Club 2, Whacked!, Unreal Championship, Phantasy Star Online, Ghost Recon, Tetris Worlds, all of the SEGA sports games (2k series), MotoGP, MLB Inside Pitch, Capcom vs SNK 2....

    In fact, Live is one of the best things going for the Xbox at the moment. The reason EA's stuff isn't online for Xbox is that they disagree over control. Both EA and M$ want full control over the servers.
